Refunds

No refunds on any services performed for any reason. No refunds will be issued on custom made or customized products. All information products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If returning, information products, products must be returned unopened, in the original packaging within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Exchanges

Services, once performed will not be exchanged for any reason. Customized products may not be exchanged for any reason. We reserve the right not to accept any exchanges on any custom product. Information products may be exchanged for a product for equal or lesser value within 30 days if the product has not been opened, used or damaged.

Cancellations

Any order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Please contact our support department for details. Customers may cancel any subscriptions, automatic billing, recurring billing at anytime, by emailing support[AT}powerfulimpact.com.

Applicable Warranty Policies

There is no warranty on any service provided or any custom product sold. Information products have a limited warranty of sixty (60) days after purchase. This limited warranty simple only guarantees that any information product sold by Burnett Brands, LLC dba POWERFUL IMPACT will function as specified such as an Audio CD, Computer CD-ROM, DVD or website. ANY OTHER ITEMS have no express warranty and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
